SC CTSI Role
In her role as research assistant in Digital Innovation and Communication, Ms. Le coordinates, conducts, and facilitates different research projects. She Le also supports the Digital Scholar Training Program and its ongoing training events. Most recently Ms. Le is involved in a qualitative research study to formalize a Digital Scholarship course tailored to the needs of clinical and translational researchers, a project to assess the feasibility of social media surveillance to enhance clinical trial recruitment, and in further assessing and developing Trial Promoter.
Ms. Le is a California native and hails UC Berkeley and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health as alma maters for her Bachelor and Master of Public Health, respectively. Prior to joining SC CTSI, she worked at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland as a study coordinator in pediatric clinical research primarily focused on rare metabolic diseases, as well as for Giao Diem Humanitarian Foundation as an intern in Central Vietnam to facilitate, survey, monitor and evaluate the organization's Pediatric Nutrition Project.
